JOB DESCRIPTION
Inspiritus’ Refugee & Immigrant Services team provides services to refugees, asylees, and immigrants at any point in their journey to guide them on a path from surviving to thriving. The Ukrainian Refugee Case Manager will provide appropriate case management and supportive gap services to eligible Ukrainian Humanitarian Parolees (UHPs) and their sponsors through outreach, intake and assessment, referral, and follow up. The Ukrainian Refugee Case Manager will provide eligible clients with gap services that their sponsors are unable to provide, including referrals to refugee service programs and mainstream benefits, individualized health education and advocacy to ensure access to healthcare, and necessary referral services to help clients become more socially integrated and culturally acclimated in their new communities. In the event of a private sponsor breakdown, the case manager assesses for and assists with emergency housing and other immediate needs. The case manager will provide support to all Ukrainian clients for a maximum of 90 days.
